Scope

This notice covers rounic.com, this public website. It does not cover data processed inside the Rounic product on behalf of a customer firm — that is governed by the agreement and data processing terms signed with that firm, not by this page.

What we collect on this website

• What you send us. If you submit the demo or contact form, we receive your name, work email, firm, role, an optional indication of firm size, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Standard server logs. Our web servers record request metadata — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — as part of operating and securing the site.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site, and we do not set marketing cookies.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
• To keep the site available, performant, and secure.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add form submissions to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who else sees it

A small number of processors act on our instructions: our hosting provider, and our transactional email provider, which delivers form submissions to our inbox. They may only process the data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for business-record purposes. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@rounic.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

Security

The site is served over TLS. Our broader security posture — permission inheritance, tenant isolation, encryption, model-provider controls, and audit — is described on the security page.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be called out on this page.
